キャンセルポリシー
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the lesson will receive a full refund or credit toward a future lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at my discretion. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once per lesson if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. No-Shows: If you do not show up for a lesson and haven’t given prior notice, it will be counted as a completed session with no refund or reschedule. Instructor Cancellations: If I need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
