Temple Israel Honors Meg Okura "Celebrating Women of TI"

Subtitled "Musically Inspired Jewish Journey," on Friday, May 31, 2019, Temple Israel of the City of New York, a Reform congregation on the Upper East Side will honor, composer and jazz violinist Meg Okura as they celebrate women of the temple. To help celebrate, Meg will present her compositions for her 11-piece ensemble, The Pan Asian Chamber Jazz Ensemble, featuring some of the bests on the New York jazz scene!
